By using FarBeyondGifted services, registering for training or camps, booking appointments, or contacting us through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

• Basketball training and player development
• Camps, clinics, and evaluations
• Scheduling, registration, and customer support
• Related merchandise, media, and event operations where offered

3. Registration and Accuracy

You agree to provide current, accurate information when completing forms, bookings, registrations, waivers, and purchases. Parents or guardians must provide accurate information for minors and are responsible for those submissions.

4. SMS Terms

If you opt in to SMS, FarBeyondGifted may send informational and customer-care text messages about your coaching sessions, appointments, registrations, schedule changes, cancellations, and support requests. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for support.

We do not use this consent to send promotional text campaigns through these public opt-in forms, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Payment and Scheduling

Pricing, deposits, and availability are subject to the published offering or registration flow you select. Additional payment, cancellation, and rescheduling rules may appear inside the relevant booking or checkout process and are incorporated into these terms.

6. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant medical, injury, or restriction details when requested. If information is withheld or omitted, FarBeyondGifted can act only on what was disclosed at the time of the submission.

7. Conduct and Participation

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or remove participation where behavior, safety, or repeated policy violations create operational or safety issues for staff or athletes.

8. Liability and Waivers

Certain services require a signed waiver. Those waivers govern activity-specific risk, release, and consent terms and remain part of the final participant record.
